SHIPPING POLICY
Wedding Favor Reflections.com ships from our warehouse in Atlanta, Georgia via UPS.
Most orders are shipped out in 3 - 5 business days. Processing of sample orders and personalized orders require extra time. Please allow up to 2 weeks for these orders to arrive.
Shipping costs are determined by weight and destination. After you complete your order, proceed to the checkout. Shipping charges will be calculated after 'Ship To' information has been submitted. If, during the checkout process, you change your order in any way, please click on 'Update' at the bottom of the page to receive corrected shipping costs.
When placing your order, please note that if one of your items is backordered, the entire order will be held until the backordered item is in stock. You may request items to be shipped separately, however, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred. Orders that qualified for free shipping may no longer qualify if the order amount of the separate shipments come to less than the required $250 each.
Wedding Favor Reflections.com offers UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Air, UPS 2 Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air. Processing time does not change. Please add 3 - 5 business days for processing in addition to the shipping time you have selected.
FREE SHIPPING POLICY
Free shipping offer is for UPS Ground shipping to the 48 continental United States only. This offer is not good on previous, pending, or rush orders. The $250 must be made up of 'in stock' merchandise only. Out of stock merchandise does not count toward the total purchase price for this offer. For Georgia residents, the $250 must be before sales tax is added.
INTERNATIONAL ORDER POLICY
We do not ship internationally except to Canada. We are currently in the process of adding a UPS calculator for shipping rates to all Canadian provinces. Until this process is complete, we accept PHONE ORDERS ONLY for any order that is to be shipped to Canada. Our phone number is: 678 429-4189.
*Any applicable surcharges, Canadian taxes, VAT fees or import duty on imported goods must be paid by the customer.
Wedding Favor Reflections is not responsible for any fees incurred after merchandise leaves the United States.
FREE FEATURED PRODUCT POLICY
Free featured product offer is good only on purchases of $50 or more. This offer is not good on previous, pending, or rush orders. The $50 must be made up of 'in stock' merchandise only. Out of stock merchandise does not count toward the total purchase price for this offer. Total must equal $50 before shipping or applicable taxes are added. If a featured product is out of stock at the time the qualifying order is placed, a comparable item will be substituted. Free featured products are not available for refund or replacement.

RETURN POLICY & CANCELLATION POLICY
We feel certain that you will be pleased with any purchase you make from us, however, your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you would like to return all or part of your purchase for any reason, please email us at: Customer.service@weddingfavorreflections.com
or call us at 678 429-4189 within 30 days of date of purchase to obtain a Return Authorization #. We will not accept any returns without an RA#. All returned items must be in original packaging and original condition. If the items you are returning are in sets, only complete sets may be returned. Once we have received your returned items, we will issue a credit to your credit card minus shipping fees and a 6% credit card fee. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
If you received free shipping on your order, you will be credited the total merchandise amount minus our shipping costs. All returns must be in original form and original packaging. Personalized orders, sample orders, edible items, personal care items and discontinued items cannot be returned.
At Wedding Favor Reflections.com, we strive to keep our inventory up to date at all times, If you must cancel an order due to lack of availability, and the product was posted as backordered at the time you placed your order, you will be charged a 6% credit card fee for cancelling. If the product becomes unavailable after you have placed your order, or if the backorder date is extended and you must cancel, you will not incur a cancallation fee.
BILLING POLICY
We charge your credit card at the time the order is placed, even if the item you orderd is on backorder, as this is the policy of our merchant services provider.
PRICING POLICY
At Wedding Favor Reflections.com we strive to make sure our pricing is accurate at all times. If, however, in the rare event you purchase a product that has been accidentally mispriced, we will notify you of the error and charge the corrected price.
PHOTO COPYRIGHT DISCLAIMER POLICY
Any photographs submitted for use on our custom photo jewelry cannot be copyrighted. If you know that your photo is copyrighted, it is the customer's responsibility to first obtain permission from the copyright holder in order to use your photo for duplication purposes. Wedding Favor Reflections.com is not responsible for acquiring this permission. By submitting your photograph to us, you are agreeing that your photograph is not copyrighted or that you have already obtained permission for its duplication.
